I am so disappointed with product and customer service
"I have been a fan of Myra bags for about 10 years now and I own 6 of them. Until the last purchase, I am often stopped and asked about beautiful purses and I am quick to recommend Myra bags to anyone who asks. My last purchase was NOT the usual quality I expect from Myra. The leather is low quality and the bag is much smaller than expected. I contacted customer service and there is NO chance for an exchange. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted to upgrade . Customer service is non existent...in the future, sadly, I will not purchase another Myra not will I recommend them for fear of being stuck with a $100 purchase that I cannot use."
