At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. We typically dispatch the products in 24 hours and products are delivered within 4 to 6 business days but sometimes they may not be shipped and delivered in that timeline.

NOTE: Duties and taxes will be collected on delivery, except in the USA.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Lost or Missing Shipment Policy
At Myra USA, we take great care in ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your shipment is lost or missing, we have the following guidelines in place:
  1. Reporting Missing or Lost Shipments
    • If you suspect your shipment is lost or missing, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
    • This is because our logistics partner only allows a 7-day window to investigate and resolve claims for lost shipments.
  2. Claims Beyond the 7-Day Window
    • Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with any claims for lost or missing shipments if the issue is reported after 7 days from the delivery date.
    • Please ensure to check the tracking information and delivery status immediately upon receipt to avoid any issues.
  3. How to Report a Lost or Missing Shipment
    • If your shipment has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us at cs@myrausa.com immediately with your order details and tracking number.
    • We will work with our logistics partner to investigate the situation.
    • We collaborate with our logistics partner, who will open the cases and conduct an investigation. If the shipment is located, they will proceed with delivery. If the shipment is lost, we will provide a resolution with, either send a replacement or issue a refund for the same.

At Myra-Bag, we aim to make your return/exchange experience simple, fair, and customer-friendly through our partner, Loop Returns.

Return/Exchange Window

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery

  1. Return/Exchange Eligibility

    To qualify for a return/exchange:

    • Items must be unused,unwashed, and in original condition.
    • All tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Final sale, clearance, or personalized items cannot be returned/exchange.
  2. Return/Exchange Offset Fee (Return Assurance) - FOR USA ONLY

    We offer an optional $2.98 Offset Fee at checkout to simplify your return/exchange experience: If You Paid the $2.98 Offset Fee:

    • Return/Exchange shipping is completely free.
    • Myra-Bag covers return label, handling, and restocking.
    • You can request a refund or store credit.
    • 10% bonus on exchanges
  3. If You Did NOT Pay the Offset Fee
    • You are still eligible to return/exchange the item
    • However, return/exchange shipping will be at your cost.
    • The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  4. If You Received a Damaged or Defective Product

    If there is an issue from Myra-Bag's end (e.g., damaged, wrong, or defective product)

    • Myra-Bag will fully cover the return/exchange shipping and processing.
    • Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
