At Myra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our simple and straight forward return and exchange process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

2. Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you purchased Loop Return Assurance, you can directly initiate the return by logging into your Myra account and selecting the order to process your return.

If you did not purchase Loop Return Assurance, you can manually initiate a return as follows:

Include your Order Number and Reason for Return (change of mind, wrong size, damaged, etc.)

Our team will reply with a return label (if applicable) or shipping instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
4. Important Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after inspection.

If Loop Return Assurance was not purchased, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Customized, monogrammed, or add-on services (such as branding or engraving) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once processed.

Returns are not accepted for international orders placed outside the USA (including Canada, Australia, etc.).
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can only be processed as a return under this policy.
