"I have purchased many pairs of boots from you as well as directly from MYRA. I was do excited to fibally get these red ones BUT i should have listened to others who wrote reviews! They are absolutely horrible. They are so stiff yiu can’t hardly get tgem oncandcwhen you do they actually bruise sround your ankles from the hardness!!! Its sad😩 I have attempted to wear them obe time but niw they will only sit on a shelf!! Myra please do something on tjis specific boot so your customers don’t suffer."

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I purchased these boots a few months back. The leather was stiff and I couldn't get my foot in the boot AT ALL. Measured according to their site and everything. I purchased the boots via Shop and when I tried to return them, I had to pay Myra a shipping label fee (no big deal), but then the Shop App ALSO charged me for a shipping fee! I reached out to Shop and they said "We just connect customers to businesses, you'll have to reach out to the company." So I reached out to Myra and what did they say? Claimed it looked like an installment fee (it was the exact same charge!) and marked the matter as closed, even though I emailed back explaining the above a third time. This was my first time purchasing and while I did not like the boots (not a first time boot buyer either), I initially thought I'd purchase something else later on. This interaction changed my mind and I will never purchase Myra again. Save your money or hope you love it - their customer service sucks."

Terrible Customer Service

"I hardly ever leave reviews and this is the first negative review I've left for any company. The boots were okay. I measured my feet, selected a size accordingly and they were too small and completely inflexible. Even if I'd ended up with the correct size, the lack of flexibility of the boot makes me doubt whether or not it would even be comfortable. This is NOT my first pair of boots or booties. The leather detailing was nice, but that's it. So, I returned the boots, had to pay a $12 fee to get a prepaid label even before being able to send them back - not the end of the world, except I'd used the shop app to purchase the boots. The Shop app charged me ANOTHER $12.99 for shipping. I tried to resolve it with the shop app but was directed to the seller because "shop only connects seller to customer". 10 different emails between myself and the Myra customer service and they concluded that the Shop app had charged me an "installment fee" - it wasn't an installment fee, it was clear on the app that it was for shipping, specifically. They considered the matter resolved and stopped responding. When I first decided the boots weren't for me I thought I'd purchase something else from Myra because the leather work was nice - not a chance. Don't waste your time or your money. Or hope you get exactly what you need because their customer service won't help you, even with screenshots and proof."
