"I like the boots. They are a little hard to get on. I have to really work to get my foot in there."
Broken boot heel
"I received the FedEx package containing the boots on May 4, 2026. While removing the boots from the wrapping paper, I noticed that part of the heel had fallen off one of the boots and was completely damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and, after providing the necessary evidence and requesting a replacement instead of a reimbursement, I was informed that a new pair would be shipped immediately and expedite since I needed them for Mother’s Day. How come they promised this if the boots are coming from India!!! It is now Monday after Mother’s Day May 11, 2026 and the replacement package is still showing in India since May 6th, 2026. Horrible!"
