"I got this bag for Christmas and I wanted it soooo bad, I got it on a Thursday, Friday a tassel fell out, Sunday I noticed balding, I contacted customer service and they said some wear is normal and they weren’t helpful… it’s now January 10th, 16 days later, the balding is worse and I was just looking at it and there are more balding spots and the initial spot is bigger…. I understand that some balding is normal, but for $140 bag, one would think it would be better quality… I’m very disappointed"
