I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and neither fit, not even close even though they both said true to size. I needed them for an event so when I got them in and didn’t fit I asked for a refund. They said due to the location of them I couldn’t get a refund but they would charge me $20 to ship them back and exchange the sizes. How can a company exchange sizes and charge me, but can’t refund me and charge me the same amount to send them back? Makes absolutely no sense. I will never order from
