"The boot didn’t fit and they don’t have the next size up. One would think they could simply return the boots for a refund and call it a day. Maybe I would have to pay for shipping and handling, but I would get the bulk of my $100 back. But no! Because the boot is on sale, I can’t get my money back. I can only get a store credit, which is complete BS. Their shoes don’t fit me. That’s not actually my fault. Buyer beware!"
