The sent me the wrong shoes

"I thought I would love them. But they sent me the wrong shoes and when I reached out to them to send them back, they tried to charge me a $12 return fee. Fortunately, I was able to send a picture and they sent me a return label. But I shouldn't have to go through all that to get a label when 'they' made the error! Never again and yes I know mistakes are made, but I felt like they were gaslighting me. Making me feel like I did something wrong saying I didn't check a box to get "free" returns. Beware they'll get you."

Will definitely need to wear them to stretch out the front. The stitching and tooling is solid! Right and left heel hairon pattern are definitely not alike. The buckle straps are of leather and made well. You can these casually as well as formally. Cant wait to order from them again!!"
