Myra and their Customer Service are AWESOME
"This company is incredible! First I want to start by saying that working with Myra’s customer service team was the smoothest and quickest experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I had ordered a bag and wasn’t in love with the cowhide that I had received. I want to note there was nothing wrong with the bag, I just wanted a different cowhide. I emailed their service team and they quickly started an exchange for me. They went out of their way to send me images of different bags with the type of cowhide I was envisioning and we settled on a bag. They went above and beyond to help me get the bag of my dreams. They were kind, PATIENT, understanding and quick in their responses. My new bag is currently on the way to me and I couldn’t be happier. I will forever be a customer. Their bags, jewelry and apparel are truly one of a kind, as well as the people that work for this company. I love you Myra! And to the people I was emailing from customer service, you are amazing.
