I ordered a couple purses and a pair of the leather shoes. The shoes weren't even close to fitting and I ordered my normal size. I tried several times on the mobile site to initiate a return. The site kept directing me to send an email to initiate the return. I sent and email and was informed that I have to start the return online. This went back and forth until I was told the mobile site doesn't support returns. I would need to login on a computer to do the return. Once completed with a required photo, the website stated I'd receive my label for the return within 7 days. I still have not received the label and also found out returns are at our expense for shipping. Although the merchandise is adorable, I will never order from this company again. All orders as sent from India even though this is "American" western wear. What a joke.

The handtooled sneakers are beautiful. I liked them because they have a bit of a western flair. They are something not everyone is going to be wearing. Definitely has that little boutique vibe.
