I love the wine bag but had an issue with receiving the order. It was not easy reaching customer service to straighten it out. The phone nunber for customer service sent you to a women who did not speak english and it sounded like it was someones home. It was not a good experience. i finally got through to an online chat person but even that was difficult as it was unavailable for awhile and i just kept trying! Really diappointed.
