"Bag was not at all like pictured. It was a very grey dingy bag while I expected a creamy nice warm looking bag. Also came from China and took much longer than estimated. Terrible customer service makes it difficult to exchange for a pretty bag. I have several Myra bags, but will never buy again directly on line. Tassel looks very cheap and is not leather but very thin suede like strings. All in all I will never shop with you again… Because you don’t make things right."
