Looks nice but feel cheap

I got these boots for my wedding coming up in September. I loved the look of these and couldn’t find anything that looked similar. These boots are beautiful! Although they are uncomfortable in the heel and will take time to break in. Also sadly the feel cheap when it comes to the inserts. I can’t get my foot into the boot with out the insert bunching up in the boot. I will probaly just get different inserts that have more structure and spend many hours breaking the boots in. Also the boots are made in India so make sure to have enough time for shipping because it is usually delayed.

Uncomfortable

Very stiff and uncomfortable! They look super cute but couldn’t wear them very long at all! I wanted to like them.

The booties are stiff. I called to ask how to soften them and the guy was difficult to understand.
How do I soften the material-especially around the ankle.
