"I will start by saying my Keychain was a ‘gift’ , due to numerous purchases from Myra at one time. The quality is good. However the personalised initials are in a Gold colour, whilst the metal wear is in…… chrome??? Surely one would match Font to metal wear or vice versa? I now find it completely unusable. Can’t put with gold , due to metal work can’t put with silver or chrome due to initials. Such a shame and such a simple fix. It may not bother others at all, but it bothers me."
