Bad decision

I typically love Myra bags, I have bought 3 in the past. It's time for a new purse so that's why I ordered one. However, I made a bad decision in assuming they would refund me if I didn't like it.
Well, I was very wrong. I never opened the clear bag and I actually hate it. Customer service would not credit or refund me. I'm super disappointed because now I will never buy from them again .

The bag is perfect! More like a tote would be for my use, I put a small purse inside.
