Order a bag from the official Myra bag website for a birthday gift. My wife liked the bag but thought it was too big for everyday carry. I looked into doing a return and found out they only allow returns for manufacturer defects. I tried calling several times to see about an exchange or store credit. No one answered or even called me back. Looks like I’ve wasted money and stuck with the bag. I believe any business that sales online merchandise should give the customer an option to exchange or get store credit.
