Terrible place to buy from. They have a no return policy. They don’t even offer exchanges or store credit. I ordered a pair of boots. They only offer whole sizes & I’m an 1/2 size. You are guessing, at best, what size to get as you can’t try them on. The boots I ordered were too big. I contacted their CS and was told there was nothing they could do. No returns or exchanges unless defective. Now I’m out $126. The boots are fabulous just too big. I will make sure all my family and close friends know of my experience.
