Does not fit as expected. Very stiff material, hard to put on and take off.

The shoes are not leather. They are very hard (almost plastic). Not so all what I expected from the picture.

I emailed 5 times from email on website asking to exchange because the booties were too big. I never could get a straight answer how to do it. I was going to website and emailing email the exchange section had, but no luck. Now past 14 days and stuck with cute booties I can't wear

Dangerously slick, defective or they changed them

I have a pair of these and love them so I got a pair for my mom for Christmas. She tried one boot on & almost fell, the soles are so slick it's dangerous and she refused to even try them on fully. Mine were never like that
