I reached out to customer service for a return or exchange and was offered neither. So, I am out $100 for boots I cannot wear. The boots feel too long and there is a seam that runs across the boot that falls against a sensitive area of my toes. I would like to exchange them but seems that is not an option and the customer service rep wanted a video of me proving the boot did not fit my foot properly. I have never purchased a shoe from any company where an exchange was not an option, understanding that shoes fit people’s feet differently. Really short sighted because I will never purchase from your company again.
The design of this shoe makes it difficult to get on your feet. There is no zipper or opening. I normally wear an 8 or 81/2. I sized up to a 9 because it was a bootie, but I could not get them on. Your company will replace them if I pay shipping and I guess they would size up but I’m worried they won’t fit properly and it will be a vicious cycle of trying to get the right size, and it just sounds kind of scammy. The leather is lovely the color is nice but if the shoe doesn’t fit you can’t wear it.
