Western Moxie Hand-tooled Booties in Scarlet

These are the cutest booties I have ever seen in my life! They are so well made! They are fabulous! But...they are so STIFF! The leather is way to hard. I have small narrow feet & they bruised my ankles just from trying to get them on. Once on they are comfortable except for the ankle area. When I got them off, wasn't easy.. I got my blow dryer out & started heating up the boots, trying to loosen up the leather. I think it worked a little bit. I'm gonna have to do it a few more times to get them loose & to stretch out the ankle area. But, they are beautiful!! I bought the Scarlett & the Turquoise. I have my eye on another pair that strap on. Those should be easier on the feet. ; )

I am not impressed with only wearing them a hand full (5x) of times and the sole is crumbling and falling apart

I was looking for a pair of red booties and stumbled across the red Myra boots and fell in love. I have several pairs of Ariat booties but the look of these Myra boots, I just had to have them. When they arrived, they looked just like the picture. They are beautiful and comfortable. I will be looking at purchasing the turquoise pair next.

I reached out to customer service for a return or exchange and was offered neither. So, I am out $100 for boots I cannot wear. The boots feel too long and there is a seam that runs across the boot that falls against a sensitive area of my toes. I would like to exchange them but seems that is not an option and the customer service rep wanted a video of me proving the boot did not fit my foot properly. I have never purchased a shoe from any company where an exchange was not an option, understanding that shoes fit people’s feet differently. Really short sighted because I will never purchase from your company again.
