Very disappointed, sadly completely unhappy with product and customer service.

The "Orange" color is completely off! It's a lot darker more typical crayon orange than pictured and my hide is going the wrong way. When you run your hand down the purse you are going against the hair. It's going to wear out so fast! The typical Myra liner is not in it. I honestly thought it was a fake. I have sent messages about the hide trying to have this corrected and have been told only that it was not a fake and the lining is fine... and as for the hide... it is not even close to what is pictured online... yes I know hides are all different but when you order you expect similar... this is not. Hands down very unhappy. And will not be purchasing again from online.
