When I purchase online, I want to be able to return an item. This seller refused my return stating that it is not eligible for return. Why? Original condition, tags are on the item. I won't be buying from them again

Nice bag, crappy customer service

Bag is nice, beautiful design but when I received it, it’s huge!! Larger than I expected. Tried to return and can not return anything….I know it’s partially my fault for not reading return policy first but considering it’s not even used, I emailed same day I got it you think there would be at least store credit.
