Needed to return for a smaller size. Customer service rep that I talked to. I could barely understand what he was saying, but was told that I had to create an account to be able to get approved for an exchange. Went to the site created the account requested an exchange and was told it was under review. It’s been a week now and still haven’t heard back from them.

Ordered boots two pair they didn't fit and were off color requested return and was told can't return. Unless factory issue even tho they are sized wrong run too small. Will not give a refund or return buyer be ware
