I received the shoes in a delayed delivery. They were in a plastic bag that had been damaged in route. The USPS had repackaged them. One of the shoes was bent causing a wrinkle in the shoe lining. They are wearable but better packaging would have eliminated this error. Love the shoe. Just exactly has it was presented. I have a narrow foot and it is snug. Length was just a tad short, I would size up next time.
